Hi Sue, Got your message. Am a friend of Barbara Dondero's since the '60's. She told me about your organization and I am very happy to hear about all the wonderful things you are doing.  I am an active pacifist and environmentalist for many decades and now live on the oceanfront in Ocean Grove, NJ  I remember my first solar homes tour as a member of the  Sierra Club in 1984 in the Princeton/Hopewell area of NJ and then hiking with them in the San Francisco peaks in Flagstaff, Arizona the same year.  The following year I hiked the Grand Canyon with a friend then visited most of the National Parks including Yellowstone, Bryce, Grand Teton, Waterton-Glacier, plus Sedona, the Badlands, Devil's Tower, Mount Rushmore and more...I left my NY job to become a massage therapist and healer and later adopted two beautiful children who were not expected to live. We spent every summer on the beach as well as camping and hiking since they were infants.  We helped start camps in Maine, Rhode Island and New Jersey for families affected by AIDS and my son and daughter are now 27 and 25 with their own apartments and jobs. our first eco tour of Monmouth County was a huge success this past spring as well as our yearly Clearwater Festival, monthly sing a longs and the many environmental movies hosted by the local Unitarian Universalist Church afterwhich we have some very informative discussions.  I am signing off for now but look forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.  In Love and Light and Peace and FUN!
